Kampmann lab postdoc Dr. Gary Dixon received an NIH K99/R00 Pathway to Independence Award for his research on interactions between tau and RNA in Alzheimer's disease and related dementias, which will provide funding for the remainder of his postdoctoral fellowship, and for the first years of his independent lab.
