Research Interests
The advancement of machine learning and development of high throughput sequencing provide an exciting opportunity to discover potential gene targets with in silico methods. I am interested in utilizing deep learning to better understand neurodegenerative disease and predict gene targets to explore.
Other Interests
I love all live music. I play violin with the San Francisco Civic Symphony and previously studied as a classical singer.
