Kun Leng, an MD PhD student in the Kampmann Lab, was selected for a highly competitive Keystone Symposia scholarship. Kun's research is focused on understanding the role of astrocytes in neurodegenerative diseases, by leveraging a CRISPRi functional genomics platform he established in iPSC-derived human astrocytes. He will present his progress at the Keystone Symposium on Neural Environment in Disease: Glial Responses and Neuroinflammation this summer. Congratulations, Kun!
