Kampmann Lab postdoc Dr. Avi Samelson received an NIH K99/R00 Pathway to Independence Award for his research on mechanisms driving pathological states of tau in Alzheimers and related dementias, which will provide funding for the remainder of his postdoctoral fellowship, and for the first years of his independent lab.
