Kampmann Lab Postdoctoral Fellow and Neuropathologist Dr. Biswarathan (Biswa) Ramani received two grants to support his research and transition to an independent faculty position: a postdoctoral fellowship by the Larry L. Hillblom Foundation and the K08 Mentored Clinical Scientist Development Award from the NIH.
Biswa's research is on mechanisms controlling aggregation and toxicity of proteins in neurodegenerative diseases.
