Postdoctoral Fellow and Neuropathology fellow Dr. Biswarathan (Biswa) Ramani received an R25 fellowship from the National Institute of Neurological Disorders and Stroke (NINDS/NIH) to investigate how differences in the proteostasis environment of the cytosol and the nucleus drive protein aggregation and neurodegeneration in polyglutamine diseases.
