Martin Kampmann Stand Up To Cancer

Stand Up To Cancer announced at the 2016 Annual Meeting of the American Association for Cancer Research that it is awarding 10 grants of $750,000 each to early-career scientists to support innovative, high-risk, high-reward projects in cancer research. Dr. Martin Kampmann was one of the 10 recipients. His grant will fund a collaborative project with UCSF colleague Jason Gestwicki to pinpoint and exploit "weak links” in cancer protein homeostasis networks as new therapeutic targets.
